Sublimation Printing

What is sublimation printing? Sublimation printing allows the creation of multi-colour designs which can cover the whole garment or textile with an unlimited number of colours, logos, and design features in the garment. And, the great news is, you're not just limited to clothing. We can manufacture all sorts of different textiles. It is a process whereby the ink on digitally printed papers is transferred to polyester fabric through high temperatures and pressure. This means that we can create multi-colour and complex design garments that are long-lasting and very durable. The logos never peel off or unravel. Sublimation printing is suitable for printing on polyester fabrics for corporate wear, sportswear, and a wide range of textiles such as flags and pennants. What's important to note is that all fabrics need to start off white, so in most cases the garment would be made from scratch. In some cases however, can supply stock white base polyester tees and polos and sublimate an area (front chest or back) with a multi colour design - the results are a lightweight (you don't even know it's there!), multi colour design, at a really affordable price.

We can utilise our custom patterns and designs or customise a new design using your imagination and creativity. You can see your design concept come to life in a custom garment which is truly unique.

Using the process of dye-sublimation printing we can manufacture garments for every person, every sport, and for every purpose – polos, v-neck tops, singlets, jerseys, hoodies, flags, pennants, you name it! What are the options? We offer two options: Premium Australian Made sublimated garments, made in our Adelaide factory, as well as our Standard Range which are our overseas-made garments. Both achieve brilliant, colourful results, it's just a matter of where they're made. Some manufacturing options are available as Australian-Made only, and some as Overseas-Made only. Either way, we can help with just about anything!

All of our artwork, design, printing, transfer, cutting and sewing is done in-house in our Adelaide factory for our Premium Australian Made garments, and in our off-shore factory for our Standard Range.
